This year’s race will precede the Monday, Oct. 14, opening session of the Association of the U.S. Army’s Annual Meeting and Exposition at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

Produced by the U.S. Army Military District of Washington, the Army’s race will attract military and civilian runners from around the world.

Now in its 35th year, over 420,478 runners have run ATM since its inception in 1985.  ATM is a category-B Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) event open to the public.  All race proceeds benefit MWR programs. To date, ATM has generated over $7.3 million for Army MWR.
