By transferring critical skills to leaders and their team members, he has helped organizations achieve world-class performance goals. He teaches SCRUM as a project management tool and agile methodology that helps organizations manage projects faster and more effectively through self-organized team structures.  Scrum prioritizes a commitment to deliver a functional set of features at the end of each project sprint.
