Our chapter supports ROTC programs at the University of Florida, University of South Florida, Florida , Saint Leo University, Eckerd College, University of Tampa and Pasco-Hernando State College through leadership development programs. This month, Mark McCatty, Inc. will present an exclusive leadership webinar which is open for complimentary participation by members of ROTC, the Army National Guard and the Army Reserve. Join us from 1200-1300 on 11 January via Zoom for this exclusive leadership development event.

We will review a presentation on leadership by Kat Cole. Kat started her career as an hourly employee and progressed to her current position of  COO of FOCUS Brands, North America. Prior to FOCUS Brands, Kat was President of Cinnabon, Inc. and a Vice President at Hooters at age 26, making her one of the youngest senior executives in the company’s history. Outside of her role at FOCUS, Cole serves on the United Nations Foundation Global Entrepreneurs Council.

Kat’s story shares her struggles as a young person  dealing with the challenges of personal and professional growth. She provides insights into key principles that inspired her to continue her career progression. Her story will inform and inspire others who wish to lead well, and maintain personal integrity.
